Cancellation following acceptance as a retreat participant will result in a loss of the $1,000 USD retainer.
Cancellations made between booking and September 1st will result in you forfeiting 30% of the booking total.
Cancellations made between September 2nd and December 1st will result in you forfeiting 60% of the booking total.
Cancellations made between December 2nd and the trip departure will result in a loss of 100% of the booking total.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum required number of trip attendees. If we do so, you will be refunded in full.
If we must cancel or postpone the trip you will be offered a full refund, or the option to keep 100% of payments already made as a voucher for a future retreat.
Should we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case all payments will be fully refunded
The cancellation policy applies should you fail to join or start your trip for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
