You built the business. You hit the numbers. You made it into the rooms you once stood outside of. And the life you worked so hard to create looks exactly the way you planned it.
But somewhere along the way, something didn't arrive with it. The ease you thought would come. The feeling of finally being able to exhale. The sense that this is yours, and you are allowed to be inside it without waiting for it to be taken away.
You are not ungrateful. You’re not broken. And you’re not wrong for feeling this way.
You’re ready to finally feel at home in the life you built.
Moyo is 9 nights in Southern Africa - Cape Town, Safari, Victoria Falls.
It’s designed for women in exactly this place. Not to fix anything. Not to teach you something new. But to give you the spaciousness and the beauty to finally arrive into your success.
A place where the version of you that holds everything together finally gets to rest.
You've spent years being the one everyone depends on. The one who holds it together, who shows up. This is a time when nobody needs anything from you. Not a decision, not your best self. The days are designed to give you spaciousness and rest.

Days with nothing to prove or produce.
Africa has a way of stripping away performance. The landscape is too vast, too indifferent to your achievements, and too beautiful to let you stay in your head. There is nowhere to hide here and no reason to. The woman you've been performing as needs familiar territory to keep running. Southern Africa removes that completely. You can't hold your armour in a place like this, and that is the point.
A room where no one needs you to explain yourself.
Ten women. That number is intentional. Every woman in this room has built at the level you have. None of them needsyou to prove you belong there. And when you spend nine nights with women who already know you belong, it gives permission for something to shift that you didn't know were carrying.

Beauty that recalibrates what you think your life is allowed to feel like.
Cape Town.
A private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal.
Victoria Falls.
This is not a backdrop. The environment is part of the work. When the world around you is this extraordinary, the version of your life you've been settling for stops making sense. That is not an accident. It is why we are here.
Moyo is a complete experience. Every detail has been considered so you can simply arrive.
Cape Town, South Africa | Nights 1 – 3
We spend our first three nights at Tintswalo Atlantic, perched between Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. Ten luxury suites, every one of them ocean-facing.
The on-site restaurant was voted Africa's Best New Restaurant at the World Culinary Awards and named one of the best new restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveller. You will dine on the deck as the sun drops into the Atlantic.
KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa | Nights 4 – 6
We spend three nights at and Beyond Phinda Forest Lodge, set deep inside one of Africa's last remaining dry sand forests. The suites float on stilts above the forest floor, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls on every side, so the forest is literally something you wake up inside.
Phinda is one of the finest game reserves on the continent, known especially for its sightings of cheetah and black rhino. Twice a day, you go out with guides who know this land the way most people know their own neighbourhood. In the evenings, dinner is served in the boma under the stars.
Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe | Nights 7 – 9
We end here. Three nights at Victoria Falls River Lodge, where your luxury tented suite sits so close to the Zambezi River you can hear the current from bed.
The falls are called Mosi-oa-Tunya. The smoke that thunders. You will hear them before you see them. Feel the mist before you reach the edge. You’ll stand there long enough to feel the power and majesty of the falls; and be reminded of your own power.
Your host, Sandra, was born and raised in Zimbabwe. This land is not a destination for her. It is home. She’ll share the history and the culture of this beautiful land as someone who has known this place her whole life.
This is where Moyo closes. Not in a room. At the edge of one of the greatest forces on earth, with women you have come to know, having given yourself nine nights that belong entirely to you.
You don't need to be improved. You've spent years improving, optimizing, building, proving. And it worked.
What hasn't caught up is your experience of it. The felt sense that what you've built is actually yours. That you are allowed to inhabit it fully, without performing your way through the next season of your life the same way you performed your way through the last one.
Moyo is about returning to the woman you were before you learned to earn your place in every room. Before you learned you had to earn your worthiness.
You will leave different. Not because we gave you a framework, but because nine nights in a place like this, with women like these, does something to a person that a program simply cannot.
You have the business. The income. The life that other people reference when they talk about what they're working toward. And still, some part of you is waiting. Waiting for it to feel the way you thought it would when you got here. Waiting for the ease that was supposed to come with the success. Waiting to finally exhale.
You are not burned out. You are not failing. You are just tired of working hard to maintain something that is supposed to feel good by now.
You’ve done the inner work. You've sat with coaches, been in masterminds, done the reading, had the hard conversations with yourself. What you are looking for is not more insight. It’s time and spaciousness to finally feel like you can live inside the extraordinary life you’ve created.
And you are ready to be in a room with women who don't need you to explain how you got here. Women who've built at the same level, who carry their own version of this same tension, and who will add something to your experience here just by being in it. The women in this room will be among the most interesting you've ever spent extended time with. Not because of their titles, but because of what it takes to arrive at a place where you are ready for something like this.
You've earned the right to feel at home in the life you built. Moyo is nine nights that give you that.
You’ve spent years investing in everything and everyone else.
This one is for you.

I used to believe that rest was something you earned and self-compassion was a luxury I hadn't justified yet. I thought I could find my worth by accumulating enough evidence that I deserved it. Money. Accolades. An 8-figure company. I collected all the proof.
And I burned out. Twice.
The second time, I understood that no amount of building was going to deliver the feeling I'd been chasing since I was a girl growing up in Zimbabwe, trying to prove I belonged in rooms I hadn't been invited into yet. So I stopped proving. Not all at once. Slowly. I started doing the work of remembering who I was before I learned to earn my place.
For the first time, the success I'd built started to feel like mine.
I built WORTHY from that place. For nearly a decade I've worked with women running businesses at multiple six, seven, and eight figures. Women who have achieved everything and are still waiting for it to feel the way they thought it would. That is the work I know better than anything.
“Moyo” means heart in Shona, my mother tongue. I've poured mine into creating this experience in the places I am grateful to call my motherland. Bringing women here, to this land, for this experience, is not something I take lightly. There is something about the scale and the beauty of this place that makes it harder to keep lying to yourself about what you actually want. I have known that my whole life. Now I get to share it.
This retreat is the marriage of everything I know about identity, nervous system calibration and the most beautiful landscapes on earth. It exists because the women who have given the most of themselves deserve to be given back to. Not with another program, another strategy, or another list of things to do. With space, beauty, and the deep permission to stop performing and start living.
If this is calling you, I would love to talk.
Love,
