You did the work. You built the business. You hit the number you said you were going to hit.
But somewhere along the way, you noticed that the life you worked so hard to create doesn't feel the way you thought it would.
You're not broken. You're not ungrateful. You're in the space between who you became to build it and who you actually are underneath all of it.
Moyo is 10 days in Southern Africa, designed for women in exactly this place.
Not to fix anything. Not to teach you something new.
To give you the space and the beauty to stop holding it all together long enough to come back to yourself.
The agenda for each day is simple.
Come home to yourself in a place that has nothing to do with your life back home.
Africa has a way of stripping away performance. The landscape doesn't let you stay in your head. It's too big for that.
There's a reason Moyo doesn't happen in a hotel conference room or a retreat centre an hour from your house. The woman you've been performing as needs familiar territory to keep running. Southern Africa removes that completely. You can't hold your armour in a place like this, and that's the point.

Be with women who don't need you to explain yourself.
Ten women. That number is intentional. All of them have built at the level you have. None of them need you to prove you belong there.
This is not a large group experience. It's a room small enough for you to actually be yourself in.
Give yourself permission to have nowhere to be and nothing to produce.
No agenda. No one needing anything from you.
This is for the woman who has spent years being needed by everyone else.

Experience beauty that recalibrates your sense of what's possible for your life.
Cape Town.
A private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal.
Victoria Falls.
This is not a backdrop. It is part of the work. When your environment matches the life you actually want, something shifts.
Moyo has been curated as a complete experience. Every detail has been considered so you can simply arrive.
Cape Town, South Africa
The Times described our first 'home away from home' as “a paradise” and “one of the most beautiful healing gardens on earth.”
Each of the sanctuaries & suites is uniquely designed and carefully curated to foster deep restorative sleep and inspire contemplation and creativity.
The food philosophy at Sterrekopje is ‘soil to soul’. Conde Nast described the food experience as:
“If the best food in the world could be both nourishing and full of farm-to-fork goodness, but also decadent, this is it! The wholesome, organic food is reason enough to book a stay here”
Safari - KwaZulu Natal, South Africa
Located in the iconic Phinda Private Game Reserve, Phinda Forest Lodge is nestled inside Africa’s last remaining dry sand forest. The reserve is home to Africa’s Big Five, and more than 436 bird species. We’ll experience the incredible beauty of the African landscape through day and evening safaris with expert guides.
Unwind in absolute tranquility in one of the lodge’s air-conditioned suites. The stunning floor-to-ceiling glass walls invite the forest inside, while the dense tree canopy shelters provide the utmost privacy.
We’ll indulge in pan-African al fresco dining under the stars, and around the open blazing fire in the lodge’s traditional boma.
Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Nestled inside the Zambezi National Park, Zambezi Sands is a luxurious tented camp that sits along the riverbank of the majestic Zambezi River. Each suite opens to the Zambezi river and the kind of silence that makes you realize how long it's been since you've actually heard yourself think.
You’ll experience the power of the majestic Victoria Falls; the breathtaking African savannah on guided game drives; and we’ll enjoy sundowners on a sunset riverboat cruise down the river. We’ll also visit and support local artisans who are supported through ecotourism projects sponsored by Batoka.
And we’ll indulge in delectable signature dishes that fuse the best of international cuisine with traditional Zimbabwean classics, all made using the freshest locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
You don't need to be improved. You've spent years improving, optimizing, building, proving. And it worked. Your success is real.
What hasn't caught up is your experience of it.
The felt sense that what you've built is actually yours. That you are allowed to inhabit it fully, without performing your way through the next season of your life the same way you performed your way through the last one.
Moyo is about the Unforgetting. The return to the woman you were before you learned to earn your place in every room.
This is 10 days to stop proving and start living in what you've created.
This is for the woman who:

I used to believe that rest was weakness and self-compassion was a luxury I hadn't earned yet. I thought I could find my worth by accumulating enough evidence that I deserved it. Money. Accolades. An 8-figure exit. I collected all the proof.
And in the process, I burned out. Twice.
The second time I knew I couldn't keep running the same operating system. Something in me knew that no amount of building was going to deliver the feeling I'd been chasing since I was a little girl growing up in Zimbabwe without running water, trying to prove that I belonged in rooms I hadn't been invited into yet.
So I stopped proving. Not all at once. Slowly. I started doing the work of remembering who I was before I learned to earn my place. And for the first time, the success I'd built started to feel like mine.
I built WORTHY from that place. Not to teach women something they don't know, but to help them remember what they forgot on the way up.
I want the same for you.
Moyo means "heart" in Shona, my mother tongue. I've poured mine into creating this experience in the places I'm grateful to call my motherland. Bringing women here for this work feels like a homecoming, not just for me, but for everything Moyo is about. There is something about the beauty and the vastness of this land that makes it easier to remember the truth of who you are.
This retreat is the marriage of everything I know about identity reclamation and the most beautiful landscapes on earth. It exists because I believe that the women who've given the most of themselves deserve to be given back to. Not with another program, another strategy, or another list of things to do. With space, beauty, and the deep permission to stop performing and start living.
I can't wait to share it with you.
Love,
